Rayner Needleman makes this class light-hearted and fun and brings about a general sense of well-being, both in body and mind, while you practice gentle movements, stretch, strengthening and breathing exercises. Rayner infuses each session with a creative combination of chair dancing, yoga, gentle movements, breathing exercises and spiritual readings to put you in a positive state of mind, regardless of what's happening in the outside world.
