Rayner makes this class light-hearted and fun and brings about a general sense of well-being, both in body and mind, while you practice gentle movements, stretch, strengthening and breathing exercises. Rayner infuses each session with a creative combination of chair dancing, yoga, gentle movements, breathing exercises and spiritual readings to put you in a positive state of mind, regardless of what's happening in the outside world.

Yoga with Weights
This class continues in the
Baptiste Method of combining yoga with the benefits of weight training.
The added weight builds muscle, bone density and core stability. Jane has received her 500-hour Yoga Certification from Sherri Baptiste.

Enjoy a gentle yoga class for all ages, with floor poses on a yoga mat or the floor, laying down and seated. It includes balance poses and standing poses (with options to use a chair or a wall for support) and guided relaxation. *Please note this is not a “chair yoga” only class, although you can use a chair for the Standing Poses as support. Taught by Stacie Dooreck, the author of SunLight Chair Yoga: Yoga for Everyone!
